Curiosity killed the cat but despite the old adage I was curious about a rather dangerous topic. I wanted to know how students would like to see university funds spent. Sure the average student has not researched the costs or the upkeep of the university, but it is nice to see through the eyes of a student when it comes to monetary priorities.

Needles penetrating your skin is no longer reserved for the doctor's office. If you are at least 18 years old and sober, most likely you can get anything pierced or tattooed. From my observation, both are becoming more prevalent among young adults and teenagers.
